Two decades of Nordic shareholder administration
Since 2006, Equro has grown from a small operator serving unlisted companies — first as Aksjeservice, later as Nordic Issuer — into the shareholder and issuer services infrastructure used across the Nordics today. The focus has always been the same: making shareholder administration simpler and more secure for companies and investors.
What began in Oslo, Norway as a small operator for unlisted companies has grown, alongside its clients, into the Nordic benchmark for unlisted entities. That growth added market-leading solutions for financial institutions in the unlisted segment too, from compliance and brokerage support to investor reporting and dedicated investor web portal.
Today, after two decades in Nordic shareholder administration, Equro’s Issuer Services work as a single point of contact for issuers, covering both listed and unlisted companies. Equro operates from Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen, close to the Nordic markets it serves.
