1. Equro Register Services

For companies with Equro Register Services, ownership records, transaction history and every corporate action — mergers, demergers and other corporate events — are reflected in the register immediately, with no manual follow-up work.

The same platform gives investors visibility into their own position. Every investor gets self-service access to Investor Web, with real-time holdings, transaction history and annual statements. Thus, cutting down the routine questions your team handles.

Your company gets help from the start, backed by 20 years of experience in Nordic shareholder administration. If you’re moving from another system, your full history can be brought into the register too, if you’d like it there.

Regulatory reporting is already built in. Filings and statutory reports — along with dividends and tax reporting — are prepared directly from your share register data, so reporting relies on records that are already accurate and current, not a separate manual exercise. 2. Euronext VPS (ES-OSL) Register Services

VPS registration is compulsory for any company trading on one of Oslo’s marketplaces — the Oslo Børs main list, Euronext Growth, Euronext Expand, or NOTC. Equro manages that registration with Norway’s central securities depository (CSD), Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS), and handles its day-to-day upkeep, so issuer obligations are met correctly, whether you’re preparing for an IPO or already listed and growing.

Investors have access to their holdings and more through VPS and/or bank or broker.
